Jean Valjean

Jean Valjean

Jean Valjean was surviving -- just -- under a French patriarchy system that left him largely out in the cold. He had but two or three opportunities for work. When they all denied him, he chose to steal to feed his nieces. He was not cunning. He was ashamed. He was caught immediately. This began an eighteen year trek through the  French penal system starting as a man and ending a brute. Only capable of fight, sieze, and defend. When he was released he was a pariah. No one would feed him, hire him, or give him a room to rest in at night. But then he met a strange Bishop of the church...

So this little Chihuahua

So this little Chihuahua

So this little Chihuahua is scared shitty crossing the bulldog's path.

"Damn thing eats more for breakfast than I crap in a lifetime!"

But there is no other way. So early as the first train, as the diesel fumes rise up, the little dog gets out and sets out...

...along the way he meets ten other dogs who all hate the bulldog so they cut him off and pack hunt him to exhaustion and bloody, horrible death.

Later that night, the little chihuahua felt a little bad.

"I don't think I should have drank so much of his blood. I feel crazy sick."

"Aw, homey. You always say that after a fresh kill!"

Cheers all around.
